Stout Scarab
1932
. William Bushnell Stout designs his rear-engine 6-to-8-seat 'travelling machine'. Two years before Hans Ledvinka's Tatra 77. Long before the start of KdF-Wagen aka VW Beetle serial production. Only nine Scarabs were made. Five survived.
